How can I activate a payment plan?

You can activate a payment plan yourself in this Back in Flow portal

You decide in how many installments you want to repay and at what time of the month you want to pay. Here's how: 

• Enter your case number. You will see the outstanding balance of your claim.
• Then click on "Other payment methods".
• After that, enter your zip code
• Determine the installment amount yourself and select the payment date

You will receive a confirmation of the payment plan in your mailbox within a few days.
