My reference number is wrong. What can I do?
Do you get an error message when you enter your reference number? This may be due to the following reasons:
• You have mistyped your reference number. First of all, please check whether you have entered your reference number correctly.
• Are you represented by a lawyer? If so, please send us your request directly through your lawyer.
• If you are under guardianship, please ask your guardian to contact us.
• You are not yet of age - please contact your legal representative, who will then contact us.
• The inspection of files is blocked for legal reasons, for example if either the current processing is not carried out by us but by another representative or if the debt collection proceedings have been discontinued.
