My reference number is wrong. What can I do?

You cannot log in? You receive an error message even though you have correctly entered your reference number? This can be due to the following reasons:

  • You have entered your file number incorrectly. First of all, please check that you have entered your case number correctly. 
  • You are represented by a lawyer – In this case, please let your lawyer forward your request to us.
  • You have a guardian – In this case, please ask your guardian to contact us.
  • You are still a minor – In this case, please talk to your legal representative, who can then contact us.
  • Inspection of files can also be blocked for legal reasons, e.g. if current processing is not carried out by us but by another mandatee or if the collection proceedings are discontinued.
