How can I request a deferral of payment?

You can select deferral of payment yourself in this Back in Flow portal

You decide when you do want to pay. Here's how:

• Enter your case number. You will see the outstanding balance of your claim.
• Then click on "Other payment methods".
• After that, enter your zip code
• Select the payment date on which you can pay

You will receive a confirmation of this in your mailbox within a few days.
