You can submit a complaint via the Back in Flow portal
If you are not satisfied with the debt collection processes or with the way you have been spoken to by a debt collection specialist, you can file a complaint. We will carefully assess your complaint and respond to your complaint within 15 working days. You can easily submit a complaint via this Back in Flow portal:
- Click on "I have a complaint" at the bottom left of this screen
- You will be taken to a page where you can read all about our complaints procedure
- You can submit your complaint using the contact form
