What possibilities are there in the Riverty Back in Flow portal?

In the Back in Flow portal you can easily view all kinds of information or arrange it yourself. Usually direct contact with a Riverty employee is not necessary at all! In the portal you can yourself;

• View the outstanding balance at that moment,
• Make an (extra) payment,
• Activate a payment arrangement in which you choose the instalment amount yourself,
• Arrange a deferral of payment,
• Fill in the contact form to ask Riverty a question,
• Also submit an objection or complaint via the contact form.
